In November of 1998, Welcome Home Ministries established a transitional house for up to nine men who sincerely desire recovery from various addiction, called the Welcome Home House. In January 2002 WHM opened a second home which enabled them to house an additional nine men. In January of 2002 WHM also launched Welcome Home Works. The initiative of this program is to offer suitable employment opportunities to people in recovery. Currently WHM has three houses in East Nashville with the capabilites of housing 24 men.
• Help serve Tuesday night meals for 20 men each week
• Donate men’s clothing
• Assist with occasional repairs throughout the property
