About:
Graceworks began in 1995 to help local churches screen requests for assistance and determine the validity of the need for food, monetary help, or clothing. Graceworks is an ecumenical, nonprofit ministry funded primarily by Williamson County churches, individuals, businesses, civic group and the Graceworks Thrift Store. (Over 60% of total funding comes from store sales.) Our primary focus is to provide physical, emotional, spiritual, material, and referral services to those in need while helping them break the cycle of dependency on government assistance. Not everyone that needs our assistance is receiving governmental help.
• Nurses to assess and educate senior and home bound clients.
• Assist with bi-weekly blood pressure screenings onsite at Graceworks.
• Help with client advocacy, resources and referral.
